Estimado visitante, a través de esta página la Cámara de Comercio, Industria, Artesanía y Agricultura de Padua (en adelante, Cámara de Padua) pretende facilitarle toda la información requerida por el art. 13 del Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (también conocido como GDPR o Reglamento General de Protección de Datos), relativa al tratamiento de los datos personales de los visitantes de esta página web, realizado en el marco del proyecto «SiT: Sostenibilidad en TCLF», financiado por el programa europeo Erasmus+ /Alianzas para la Innovación.
- Tratamiento de datos y DPO
El responsable del tratamiento de datos es la Cámara de Comercio de Padua, con sede en Piazza Insurrezione 1/A, Padua – PEC cciaa@pd.legalmail.camcom.it. Para proteger mejor a los visitantes, el Responsable del Tratamiento ha nombrado a su propio RPD (Responsable de la Protección de Datos), con el que se puede contactar en la siguiente dirección de correo electrónico: dpo@pd.legalmail.camcom.it.
- Purposes and legal bases of the processing
Personal data collected browsing the website are processed, in fulfillment of the public interest tasks (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. e) GDPR) assigned to the Data Controller in the framework of SIT project, for the following purposes:
1) correct technical functioning of the site, including, checks aimed at preventing fraudulent activities;
2) management of requests for information received by filling in the specific form on the website, or via the e-mail addresses published on it.
Only with your express consent (and based on it), Padova Chamber will activate the newsletter service, giving information on the activities carried out by SiT project partnership. The given consent is revocable at any time by sending a request to the e-mail address: progetti@pd.camcom.it.
- WEB navigation data
The IT systems and software procedures used for the ordinary operation of this website collect certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
4.Authorised persons, DPOs and beneficiaries of personal data
Personal data are processed by Padova Chamber of Commerce staff previously authorised to process them and specifically trained.
The same data could be processed by external subjects formally appointed by Padova Chamber as data processors, including:
- companies providing maintenance services for the website and IT systems;
- companies providing telematic communication services and, in particular, e-mails.
Data may also be communicated to SiT project partners who will act as autonomous data controllers.
- Data retention period
Concerning the web navigation data collected for point 2, num. 1, these data will be held only for the session of use of the website.
Regarding data processed for the purpose stated in point 2, num. 2, personal data will be kept for 5 years after the end of SiT project
In case of subscription to the newsletter, your contact details will be maintained for 5 years from the end of SiT project or until you request the cancellation of your data at any time.
- Data provision and consequences of non-compliance to provide data
For point 2, num. 1, the provision of data is necessary and not optional.
For point 2, num. 2, the provision of data is necessary regarding the fields marked with an asterisk (*), while it is optional for all other fields. Failure to provide optional data may result in a less precise and circumstantial answer.
To subscribe to the newsletter, the provision of data is necessary to subscribe to the newsletter (optional revocable at any time). The failure to provide data requested during the registration – or to consent to their processing – prevents the registration itself.
- Your RIGHTS
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 grants you, as a Data Subject, various rights, that you may exercise by contacting the Data Controller or the DPO (contact details set out in point 1 of this notice).
Among the foreseen rights that can be exercised:
- the right to know whether Padova Chamber of Commerce is processing personal data and, if so, to have access to the data being processed and to all related information
- the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected and/or incomplete personal data supplemented/ rectification of data
- the right to the cancellation of personal data
- the right to restriction of processing
- the right to object to the processing;
- the right to the portability of personal data;
- the right to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing, based on consent, carried out before the revocation.
